1. Cihazında saklanan bilgiler

Alışkanlık başlıkları, hedefleri ve günleri; miktar ve süre kayıtları; günlük notları; hatırlatıcı saatleri; daha küçük hedef seçimi; ev düzeni ve dekor tercihleri cihazında saklanır. Uygulama yerel kayıt dosyası ve yerel tercihler kullanır. Bu alışkanlık verileri geliştiricinin sunucusuna gönderilmez.

2. Hesap, reklam ve takip

2.0 sürümü hesap açmanı istemez. Reklam göstermez; reklam tanımlayıcısı, takip, geliştiriciye gönderilen analiz veya üçüncü taraf reklam/analiz SDK’sı kullanmaz. AdMob, RevenueCat ve Expo hizmetleri 2.0 uygulamasında kullanılmaz. Uygulama kişiler, konum, kamera veya mikrofon erişimi istemez.

3. Apple üzerinden satın almalar

İsteğe bağlı Premium satın almaları ve abonelikleri Apple App Store üzerinden işlenir. Uygulama Apple StoreKit ile ürün bilgilerini ve doğrulanmış abonelik durumunu kontrol ederek Premium erişimini belirler. Apple hesap, ödeme ve işlem bilgilerini kendi hizmetleri kapsamında işler. Geliştirici ödeme kartı bilgilerini veya Apple hesabının parolasını almaz; kendi satın alma sunucusunu işletmez. Apple’ın işlediği bilgiler için Apple Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir.

4. Yerel hatırlatıcılar

Bildirim izni, bir hatırlatıcıyı açıp kaydettiğinde istenir. Hatırlatıcılar cihazın bildirim sistemiyle yerel olarak planlanır; bu amaçla geliştirici sunucusuna veri gönderilmez. Bildirim iznini cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsin.

5. Dışa aktarma, yedekler ve eski kayıtlar

İstersen kayıtlarını JSON dosyası olarak dışa aktarabilirsin. Dosya alışkanlıklarını ve varsa kişisel notlarını içerebilir. Dosyayı sakladığın veya paylaştığın yeri sen seçersin; geliştirici bir kopyasını almaz. Dışa aktarma, uygulamanın kendi bulut eşitleme hizmeti değildir.

Cihaz veya Apple yedekleme ayarların uygulama verilerini ayrıca yedekleyebilir. Bu yedekleri ilgili cihaz veya hizmet ayarlarından yönetirsin. Cihaz değiştirmeden veya uygulamayı silmeden önce kayıtlarının bir kopyasını saklamanı öneririz.

Güncelleme sırasında, aynı cihazda bulunan uyumlu eski check-in kayıtlarının yerel biçime dönüştürülmesi denenebilir. Bu işlem cihazda gerçekleşir. Her eski veri biçiminin, notun veya ayarın aktarılması garanti edilmez; dönüştürme, geliştiriciye eski kayıtlarını göndermez.

6. Saklama ve silme

Kayıtlar uygulamanın cihazdaki saklama alanında tutulur. Bir alışkanlığı arşivlemek geçmiş kayıtlarını silmez. Uygulamayı cihazdan silmek yerel uygulama verilerini kaldırır. Daha önce dışa aktardığın dosyalar veya cihaz yedekleri ayrı kopyalardır; bunları sakladığın yerde ayrıca yönetmen gerekir. Geliştiricide alışkanlık kayıtlarının uzaktan silinebilecek bir kopyası yoktur.

7. Dış bağlantılar

Gizlilik, destek, kullanım şartları veya Apple abonelik yönetimi bağlantısı açıldığında ilgili web sitesi veya Apple hizmeti devreye girer. Bu siteler bağlantı ve ziyaret verilerini kendi politikalarına göre işleyebilir. Bu sayfalar GitHub Pages üzerinde yayımlanır; GitHub Gizlilik Bildirimi bu hizmet için geçerlidir.

8. Çocuklar ve izinler

2.0 sürümü yaş veya çocuk profili toplamaz; reklamla takip veya analiz profili oluşturmaz. Alışkanlık ve günlük içeriği cihazda kalır. Apple hizmetleri ve bir dosyayı dışarı paylaşmayı seçmen, ilgili hizmetin kurallarına tabidir.

Privacy policy

This policy applies to FlowTraces version 2.0 with Mimo. The earlier policy for version 1.x, including its advertising and subscription services, remains available separately.

1. Information stored on your device

Habit titles, goals and scheduled days; quantity and duration records; journal notes; reminder times; smaller-goal choices; home layouts and decoration preferences are stored on your device in local records and preferences. This habit data is not sent to the developer’s server.

2. Accounts, advertising and tracking

Version 2.0 does not require an account. It contains no ads, advertising-identifier use, tracking, developer analytics or third-party advertising/analytics SDKs. AdMob, RevenueCat and Expo are not used by the version 2.0 app. It does not request access to contacts, location, the camera or microphone.

3. Purchases through Apple

Optional Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. The app uses Apple StoreKit to check product information and verified subscription status and to determine Premium access. Apple processes account, payment and transaction information as part of its own services. The developer does not receive payment-card details or your Apple account password and does not operate a purchase backend. Apple’s processing is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Local reminders

Notification permission is requested when you enable and save a reminder. Reminders are scheduled locally through the device’s notification system; habit data is not sent to a developer server for this purpose. You can change notification permission in device settings.

5. Exports, backups and older records

You may export records as a JSON file. The file can contain habits and personal notes. You choose where to save or share it; the developer does not receive a copy. Export is not a cloud sync service operated by the app.

Your device or Apple backup settings may separately include app data in a backup. Manage those backups through the relevant device or service settings. Keep a copy of your records before changing devices or deleting the app.

An update may attempt to convert compatible legacy check-in records already present on the same device into the local format. Conversion takes place on the device. Importing every older format, note or setting is not guaranteed, and conversion does not transmit older records to the developer.

6. Retention and deletion

Records remain in the app’s storage on your device. Archiving a habit keeps its historical records. Deleting the app removes local app data. Exported files and device backups are separate copies that you must manage where they are stored. The developer has no remotely stored copy of your habit records to delete.

7. External links

Opening a privacy, support, terms or Apple subscription-management link uses the relevant website or Apple service. Those services may process connection or visit information under their own policies. These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages; the GitHub Privacy Statement applies to that service.

8. Children and permissions

Version 2.0 does not collect ages or child profiles or create advertising or analytics profiles. Habit and journal content stays on the device. Apple services and any external file sharing you choose are subject to the relevant service’s rules.
