These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tastamp mobile application ("App") developed by Aytac Arslan ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tastamp is a food collection app that allows you to capture, rate, and organize your meal experiences. The App stores your data locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Tastamp Pro that removes advertisements.

• Payment: Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos, notes, and ratings you create within the App. All content is stored locally on your device. We do not claim any rights over your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Aytac Arslan and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising) and OpenStreetMap (maps). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
