Welcome to FlowTraces. By downloading, installing, or using the FlowTraces application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using FlowTraces, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
FlowTraces is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain daily routines. The App allows you to select habits, track daily check-ins, view flow statistics, set reminders, and earn achievements.
FlowTraces offers an optional premium subscription ("FlowTraces Premium") that provides additional features:
Subscription Plans:
Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 1-week free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. FlowTraces does not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.
FlowTraces stores your habit data locally on your device. We do not require account creation. Your data remains on your device unless you choose to delete the App, which will remove all locally stored data.

All content, features, and functionality of FlowTraces — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of FlowTraces and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
FlowTraces is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. FlowTraces is a habit tracking tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional health advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowTraces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
The App may contain advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (free version). The App uses RevenueCat for subscription management. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
